KLDA Public Photos Waiver/Policy

In a world of social media, it is a great way for family & friends to see the students progress within class & also to promote & advertise the school.
I give permission & agree to all the below statements:
I give permission for my child/myself to be photographed/filmed within dance lessons or productions by the staff of the school or professional companies hired on behalf of the school.
I give permission for my child/myself to be used on KLDA’s social media sites, website & used in adverts to promote the school.
I give permission for my child/myself to be photographed/videoed during watching week/events/productions (parents will be focusing on their child only but your child may be in the background).
I, as a parent, agree to use any images I take during watching week/other KLDA events in an appropriate & protective manner to ensure all dance school members welfare & safety. No images, which include children other than my own will be placed on social media without the consent of said child’s parent/guardian.
