MC Dance Miami Studio Policies:

Refund Policy: All tuition is non-refundable. We will provide a credit for any unused tuition as the studio deems appropriate to be used in the future with MC Dance Miami. There is a $25 deposit fee added into your tuition each semester, which is nonrefundable.

Order Confirmation: Once checkout is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Policy: We do not accept returns for any merchandise purchased through our website, as each item is personalized and cannot be returned.

Cancellation Policy: MC Dance Miami reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any class due to lack of enrollment. Instructors are subject to change without notice.

Late Pick-Up Fee: At the end of every class, the teachers will wait with the dancers for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, any dancer that attends Alexander Montessori School during the day will be taken to their after-care, where they can be picked up at the other side of the school at the ramp.

Late Pick-Up Fee Policy: If you are 15 minutes late to picking up your dancer and aftercare is unavailable, a fee of $10 will be added to your account. For every additional 5 minutes late, an additional $5 will be added. For example: If you are 30 minutes late, a charge of $25 will be added to your account.

Private and semi-private lessons must be cancelled 24 hours in advance; otherwise the student will be charged for the session.

Make up classes will be offered if class is cancelled more than twice, except in the case of government shut downs, weather, or Act of God. There is no refund for missed classes by the student for any reason. Make up classes will not be offered for absences related to COVID-19 or illness. Two make up classes are built into your tuition upon registration.

All preschool-level dancers enrolled in our classes must be fully potty trained to sign up and attend.

Costumes: Each class participating in the end-of-season show will have a non-refundable costume fee added to your tuition upon registration. Costume sizing is determined based off of measurements taken at the start of the semester. All costume sizes are final and will not be exchanged or returned for any reason. Costumes are yours to keep unless otherwise specified. All costume fees paid are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

The Customer agrees that the Service Provider has the necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide services to the Customer. The Service Provider is agreeable to providing such services to the Customer on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
Customer confirms that all tuition payments will be paid at the start of the class term and agrees to pay all tuition fees associated with each registered class.

Your Service terms and conditions are part of this Agreement. Upon registration for enrollment into any class or classes enrolled in with MC Dance Miami your services extend to you effective immediately.

By registering your child in class and/or classes at MC Dance Miami you agree to pay all tuition fees associated with each class enrolled in at the start of the term. If any tuition payments are incomplete or late, MC Dance Miami has the right to refuse entry and/or re-enrollment. Late fees will be applied as interest to any incomplete payments after the term ends or late payments invoiced to customer.

COVID-19 policy: No refund will be offered to any student that needs to quarantine away from the studio for any reason. In the event the entire class needs to quarantine away from the studio, the class will be moved onto a virtual platform via zoom for that given quarantine period.

Virtual Dance platform will not be offered in the event your child needs to quarantine. Virtual Dance will be offered only in the event the entire class needs to quarantine.

No tuition refund of any kind will be issued if you are required to quarantine throughout the year or miss any classes due to illness or injury.

MC Dance Miami reserved the right to alter practices and class schedule as deemed appropriate, and/or as required by authorities and/or conditions.

- Any students not picked up upon the completion of their dance class will be enrolled in the Extended Day Program offered at Alexander Montessori School at an additional cost. If aftercare is unavailable, and you are 15 minutes late to picking up your dancer, a fee of $10 will be added to your account. For every additional 5 minutes late, an additional $5 will be added. For example: If you are 30 minutes late, a charge of $25 will be added to your account.

- All dance classes are subject to meeting enrollment minimums, and may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment.

- All Alexander Montessori School Preschool students: dance classes are for children enrolled in our Preschool through Elementary Programs. Some children may still be 3 years of age while enrolled in our Toddler Program, in which case, they will be eligible for participation when they transition into our Preschool Program.
