In order to complete your child's sign up for classes with Amy Bastin Dance please read carefully and agree to the below waiver.
Use of Parent Portal and Sign up:
The school Parent Portal is available to Parents/ Carers of Amy Bastin Dance to keep contact details up to date and keep up with the latest school information.
In order to complete your child's sign up and secure your child's place in classes all Parents/ Carers must agree to the school terms and policies outlined in the Student handbook. Please ensure the following: -
You are happy to pay for the classes you are requesting -please refer to the list of class charges included in the student handbook to work out what you will be charged.
You have read and understood the school rules and policies available in the student handbook (also available on the website (hard copies available on request)) - please note the notice periods and payments policy.
By submitting this form you are agreeing that yourself/ves as Parents/ Carers as well as your child will adhere to these school rules and policies and will use the parental portal for the purposes outlined above only.
In line with the new GDPR guidelines which came into effect in May 2018 Amy Bastin Dance require your consent in order to keep in touch and be able to send you emails with information relevant to yours/ your child’s classes and your/your child’s participation within the school. By agreeing to this waiver you confirm you are happy for Amy Bastin Dance to keep in touch as outlined in the schools GDPR and data protection policies and school privacy policies.
