Tuition Fee Non-Disclosure Contract



PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!!

My signature below indicates that I have read, understand and will abide by the following.

Diamond Dance Academy is committed to providing the best quality instruction for a reasonable and fair price. In order to keep our prices competitive, we insist on your discretion. By signing below, you are agreeing to keep your tuition private between Shauna Dorwarth (owner) or current Office Manager and yourself. Your agreed upon tuition is not always standard, due to ongoing and changing promotions (price matching). If you are found disclosing your tuition rates to past/present/future parents and/or students, another studio, or staff member, your tuition will be immediately raised up to our full price. We appreciate and encourage you to bring in your friends and family to try us out. All we ask is that you refer them to Shauna or Office staff for pricing information.

Also, please remember that if your child misses a class you are able to make up the class. Your tuition will not be refunded due to missed classes. Speak with Shauna if an unforeseen circumstance arises.
