TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please sign the bottom agreeing to our policies and terms:
______I understand that all monthly tuition fees are due on the 1st class of every month.
______I understand that if my payment is not made 7 days after the first class, there will be a $10 fee added to my account weekly
______I understand that all fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
______I understand that if I have an outstanding balance after 30 days, my child will not be able to attend until my balance is current.
_____I understand that my child will have to attend ALL dance recitals and rehearsals
_____I understand that ALL private lessons/ practice with staff or assistants are to be through the
studio and approved by Ms. Alexis.
_____I understand Im responsible for purchasing my dancers competition costumes and shoes for each dance
_____I understand the dress code and shoe requirements (found on our website) _____I understand the attendance policy (found on our website)
_____I understand all logos are owned by the Turning Pointe and cannot be used to make your own gear.
____ I have understand bullying will not be tollerated under any circumstances
____ I understand if I part ways from the studio in the middle of the year, I don’t receive any gear, costumes, tights or accessories until the week after our recitals.
____ I have read the Handbook thoroughly and understand and agree to all policies stated therein.
