We collect personal information from you, including information about your:
-Name
-Contact information
-Billing or purchase information
-Medical information
-Any current or ongoing custody agreements.

We collect your personal information in order to:
-Identify and enroll students.
-Make sure our staff have access to an emergency contact for each student in case of an emergency.
-Make sure we are aware of any medical conditions.
-Have the correct information for invoicing and billing.
-To make sure students are enrolled in a suitable class.
-Ensure all parents/ legal guardians are informed of any required information about the student.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter medical information, we'll be unable to act specifically for the students’ needs in case of an emergency.

We keep your information safe by keeping this information private and password protected and only allowing our staff to access it.
We keep your information for as long as you have an enrolled student at which point, we securely destroy it by having a right to be forgotten policy. The right to be forgotten (RTBF) is the right to have private information about a person be removed from our records. In order to opt in for this please select it in the settings in the parent portal. The personal data is only able to be deleted if the student is no longer enrolled and/or active within Southern Dance Academy.
