Monthly Tuition

1. Tuition is due the first class of each month. A $20.00 late fee will be strictly enforced to all tuition paid after the 10th of each month. It is your responsibility to pay the tuition on time. Auto pay is also available.

2. All months will be billed at the same rate, regardless of holidays. There are no refunds for tuition, costume fees, picture fees, ticket fees, or other studio fees. In the event of an absence: you may contact the studio in a timely manner and a make-up class may be available.

3. Monthly tuition is based on how many classes taken per week, per immediate family members. Tuition is on an ongoing basis. A 2 week drop notice must be given to withdraw from classes.

4. Please see schedule for tuition fees. Class placement is determined solely by the staff of BRDC.

5. BRDC has 2 sessions. Session 1: September to June and Summer Session 2: July and August.

Performances

Holiday Performance

All students will learn a holiday dance to perform in our Holiday Spectacular Show. This show is on the same day: performance and rehearsal. If you choose to participate, the same day rehearsal is required.

Recital Participation

At the end of June, dancers will perform in a recital. Participation is not mandatory, but is highly recommended. Each class will participate in studio dress rehearsal, a theater dress rehearsal, and participate in the Recital.

A mandatory rehearsal is required for recital participation. It will be assumed that you will be participating in our recital unless notice is given to office personnel by December 1.

Group and individual portraits will be taken by a professional photographer at the studio.

Mandatory for all dancers to rehearse, in costume, at the theater.

The Recital Dates:
June
All dancers participating in the recital are expected to perform on required days. Tickets must be purchased for all who are not dancing or volunteering. We will provide you with notice when ticket sales start at the studio. Tickets will be sold: first come, first serve. We highly recommend purchasing them upon the start of sales.

Dancers rules and regulations

1. Students are expected to attend all classes, listen to their teacher, and treat everyone with respect.

2. No gum, food, or drinks (will the exception of bottled water) are allowed in the dance room.

3. No street shoes are to be worn in the dance room, all dance shoes may not be worn outside.

4. Proper attire must be worn to class. No jeans, skirts, or overly restrictive clothing.

5. Ballet attire: leotard, tights, ballet shoes, and hair in a bun.

6. Jazz, tap, and hip hop attire: Leggings or jazz pants, leotards, tighter fitting tank top or t-shirt.

7. Absences: Please call or email the studio when a dancer will not attend.

8. A written notice must be presented to the front desk if you would not like your dancers in pictures or videos in our materials.

9. A two week notice must be given for dropping a class.

10. All tuition and fees must be kept up to date or a student will be removed from their classes.

11. By enrolling or taking part in Broadway Rhythm Dance Company, I agree to hold harmless Broadway Rhythm and its staff, for any and all classes and activities held at the studio or elsewhere. I agree to abide by all rules and regulations enacted by Broadway Rhythm.
12. All dancers and families are to expected to arrive in good health and BRDC is not responsible for any illnesses or viruses that may result participation.
BRDC follows all health rules and regulations stated by the CDC and county. Our staff is Fully Vaccinated.
