During classes, teachers may take photos/ videos of your dancer's milestones!

I acknowledge and consent to Dance Devotion using photos/ videos of my dancer/s for the purpose of advertisement, marketing, signage, social media platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram), and the studio's website.

I understand that the names of dancers are not used in instances unless additional consent is expressly given by the dancer’s parent/ caregiver.

I acknowledge and understand that there is no financial compensation for use of my dancer’s photos/ videos.
