∙ Registration Fee: $35 (Annually)/ $65 Family. ∙ Tuition is due on the 1st of every month.
∙ Each additional class is an additional fee.
∙ 10% discount for each additional sibling.
∙ Late fee of $10 as well as a service charge of $10 will be added to the amount due each time we attempt to collect the balance.
∙ After completing a registration form, a spot is reserved and parent/guardian is accountable for all payments until paid in full.
∙ If you wish to discontinue dance at KDC, it must be done prior to the 25th of the month so that we can adjust any auto pay that is set up.
- Tuition will not be pro-rated or refunded for missed classes or discontinued attendance.
∙ Any prepaid tuition is non refundable along with registration, credit card/ach, competition fees and tuition.
∙ Student Observation: Parents and guardians are encouraged to take interest in their child's progress and will be able to observe classes by our camera system. We understand if your child may need a little encouragement their first few classes.
∙ Attendance: Regular attendance is necessary to provide the best dance education possible. Therefore, students who cannot conform may not be included in performances due to lack of rehearsals and can be dropped to a lower level, if necessary.
∙ If you miss class 2 weeks prior to a performance you may be taken out of the routine.
∙ Students will need to arrive on time, as they perform proper warm up routines, thus preventing injuries.
∙ Students must be picked up promptly. After 10 minutes a $25 fee will be charged to your account.
∙ Dress Code: Please have your dancer dressed in the appropriate clothing, shoes, and hair pulled back. All Jewelry, watches, etc need to be removed prior to class to avoid distraction.
∙ Performance Opportunity (costume must be purchased) ∙ Private lessons are available. If you do not show up to a private lesson, you will still be charged.
∙ The studio follows the Canyons School district Calendar and will be closed on major holidays and most of the days that school is out.
