REQUIRED Autopayment Policy

I understand that Motivated by Movement LLC, A Step Above Dance Studio REQUIRES all clients to keep a credit card or ACH payment method on file.

I understand that my tuition payment is drafted from this account each month on the first of the month. If my payment is unsuccessful for any reason, I will be charged a $35 returned check fee and my child will be unable to participate in class until the balance is paid in full.

If I do not wish to keep bank account information on file, I understand that my alternative is to pay for the pre season (3 months)/season (9 months) in full and that this payment is due before first day of that season.

I understand that I will either need to stop in to fill out an automatic payment form or pay for the season in full BEFORE the first day of the pre-season/season.
