From time to time, Arts in Motion teachers will take in-class pictures/vidoes of students to share with our closed Facebook group for parents to see a glimpse of their students during class! Occasionally these photos or videos may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. By checking this box, you are acknowledging this information has been given to you. This is NOT the signing of the Photo/Video Release. On the Student Information section of the Web Registration Form, you have the option of typing Yes or No to sign the below waiver: Arts in Motion has my permission to use photographs and videos of myself and/or my child publicly to promote the studio. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use. In the Student Info section: By typing Yes, you agree to the above waiver. By typing No, you do not agree to the above waiver.
