Photo/Video Waiver

I acknowledge and consent to allow The Dance Connection to use photos/videos of my child on social media sites (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook), the studio’s website, and/or on a shared dropbox link emailed to dancers.

I acknowledge that my dancer may be a part of a year-end show video, and professional class photos that other adults & families will have access to.

I acknowledge that if I do not consent to allowing The Dance Connection to use photos/videos it is my responsibility to email them and have this noted on their file.

I acknowledge that The Dance Connection is not responsible or liable for any photos or videos taken by other spectators that my child may appear in. This includes any videos or photos taken in class or at the recital by other adults.
