BCD Policies

Tuition is the same regardless of 3,4, or 5 weeks in a month. May will be a full month’s tuition.
2. If tuition is not paid by the 12th of the month a $15 late fee will be applied to your account .
3. If costume deposits/balances are not paid a week after the due date a $15 late fee will be applied. Costumes will not be ordered until deposits have been paid, which may result in a later ship date.
4. Vacation/Injury - if you wish to withdrawal for the month, you will have to repay the registration fee when re-registering and risk losing your spot in the class. You may not re-register after December 31st and will forfeit any costume deposits paid.
5. There will be a $30 fee for any returned checks.
6. All costume deposits and balances are Non-Refundable.
7. Two snow days are built into the yearly tuition for each class.
Policies Regarding COVID-19
7. I am aware my child may be required to wear a mask if guidelines change throughout the year.
8. Should BCD be forced to close either by a government entity or by a reasonable decision by the owner made to protect the safety and well being of our students, their families, and staff, the following policies will be in effect:
a.No refunds or credits on tuition will be provided for the remainder of any month during
which the studio is forced to close. Online classes will be held in place of the closed
weeks.
b. Should a continuous shutdown extend into another month the studio tuition costs will
be determined if online classes will continue.
10.If your child is sick or showing symptoms of COVID-19, please do not send them to classes.
