Students are not allowed to be dropped off any earlier than 15 minutes prior to the start of their class time. Students are to be picked up on time. The late pick up charge is $20 after 10 minutes and $1 each additional minute until the student is picked up. Late fees will be added to the account and must be paid before the child can attend the next class.

Having good attendance is important to the progression of the student, as each week skills are taught that build on the previous week's skills. Dancers with poor attendance slow the advancement of the class and inhibit personal growth. If a student misses more than 4 classes per season without notice to the office, the school reserves the right to terminate the lessons.
Students who are too ill to participate in class should remain at home and rest. If they are injured, they should come to class and observe if possible. Many students find that they learn more.

No cursing or foul language on the premises will be allowed under any circumstances. We ask that you respect our staff and students. Parents and students will be asked to leave our property if behavior persists. No refund will be given under any circumstances.

Classroom doors shall remain closed during class. Do not open the classroom doors when a class is in session for any reason. If there is an emergency and you need to retrieve your child, please inform the front desk staff.

We love to have friends attend a class. A friend may receive 1 free class during "Bring Your Friend to Class Week" or "Sparkle Day". No other time will friends, relatives, siblings, etc. be allowed to attend class with a student.
We have set aside Bring Mom to Dance week and Bring Dad to Dance week to observe/participate in class with the student and to observe the student's progress. The dates can be found on the studio's calendar. This is a wonderful time to take pictures and video with no flashing.
Parents are prohibited from communicating with our staff or instructors through email, text, phone call, or social media for any reason. Our staff has also been advised regarding the same.

Due to Covid restrictions, parents are to wait under the shed to retrieve the student. Non-driving students are not allowed to wait for parents outside for any reason.

Our main source of communication with parents is through email and the GroupMe app. This is how we update on performances, recitals, events, closures, and so on.

Teachers and the studio owner are always willing to talk about your child's accomplishments or concerns. However, the time to do that is not in between classes or without calling ahead of time. If you would like to speak with a teacher or the studio owner, please set up a meeting time with the front desk staff.

The school reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regularly scheduled teacher is ill or otherwise unable to teach class. If a teacher is ill and the school cannot arrange a substitute, any missed classes will be made up the last class of the month or otherwise mentioned by the instructor or studio owner.
Private lessons are designed for student improvement and not to replace regular classes. At any time, parents can request and schedule private lessons. Private lessons begin at a rate of $40/30 minutes depending on the instructor and are paid in advance. Lessons may be scheduled through the office or through the portal.
