I hereby permit MiYOUchad to use pictures and media taken during the summer for publicity purposes.
I hereby authorize MiYOUchad to administer First Aid or non-prescription pain medication or to take my son to a doctor or hospital for any treatment that Camp deems necessary and to sign waivers and releases
I understand that all unclaimed items will be assumed 'HEFKER' on every Friday, and will be disposed of at MiYOUchad's discretion
I hereby give my child permission to take part in all activities and to participate in trips off camp grounds.
I agree to not hold MiYOUchad, its staff, or its administration responsible for any harm or injury that may occur to my child(ren) in the course of the 2024 MiYOUchad Thru The Wilderness Program.
