Financial Obligations Contract Date 8/1/23 thru 7/31/24

Agreement - Once you enter into this agreement you are responsible for fees for August 1, 2023 thru July 31,2024. This agreement will automatically renew after July 2023, unless you give a 30 written notice to the business office.

Tuition - Tuition remains the same whether it is a long (5 weeks) or short (3 weeks) month, regardless of absences, snow days or scheduled holidays. Tuition is calculated on a yearly sum which is divided by equal monthly payments. All holidays and other activities are within this calculation. All fees are required to be set-up on auto withdrawal or credit card. Any account that is not set-up for auto withdrawal or credit card withdrawal must be paid in advance monthly. A credit card or check must be left as a deposit on the account. and will automatically be charged should your account become 30 days past due.

Registration Fee - A $55.00 non-refundable fee per family is required at the time of enrollment. An administration fee of $15.00 for additional students in the same family. If you were enrolled for last season and paid July tuition you do not have a registration fee but will have an administration fee per student.

Recital Fee - A $75.00 non-refundable recital fee is due by March 1st, 2024 for the 2024 Recital. There will be a $30.00 fee for additional students in family. You will have fundraising opportunities to assist with this fee.

Costume Fee - Costume fees of $100 or less per classes are due no later than November 1, 2023. All costumes ordered after this date, are subject to additional shipping charges of at least $10.00 per costume. Once the costume is ordered this fee is non-refundable. Students dropping after March 1st, 2024 will forfeit their costume. 2024 Recital will be scheduled for June 2024. We will have mandatory rehearsals the week prior.

Class Time - Being prompt is a must! The Dancenter is NOT a daycare. Students should not be dropped off more than 15 minutes prior to class and should be picked up within 15 minutes of their class period. We understand things do happen so please call if there is a problem.

Insurance - The Dancenter does not carry medical insurance on its students. It is required that all students be covered by their own family’s policy. If injury occurs, the student’s family policy is his or her own source of reimbursement.

Referrals - Each referral you bring to The Dancenter that enrolls for one year will earn you a $50.00 credit toward tuition. Example: Bring 10 students and receive $500.00 in tuition or bring 5 students that enroll for the school year and receive a Solo (value $500).

Drop/Add Classes - All class changes (add on and drops, etc…) should be done through the business office. If you attend any class in any given month you will be responsible for that month’s tuition. Must be able to show confirmation response.

I understand, I am obligated for 12 months. If I choose to discontinue classes at the end of the 12 months a written notice is required. Email is accepted.

Advertisement - The Dancenter reserves the right to use any video tapes and photographs for advertisement.

Recruitment – Any Dancenter parent or student caught recruiting for other studios with The Dancenter clientele will be dismissed immediately and be unable to return to classes at The Dancenter.
