Payment Policy & Agreement
Policies
* An annual registration fee of $45.00 per student is due at the time of registration.
(summer has no registration fee)
* A recital fee of $45.00 per family will be due in March in order for your children to
participate in recital.
* Tuition is due on or before the 1st of every month
* Tuition is late by the 15th of every month and a $15.00 late fee will be charged
* A $25.00 fee will be charged for a bounced check
* If a payment is missed, you will be required to place a second form of payment on file
with us, so in the event you miss again, you will be charged
* Students will not be allowed to participate in class if their account is delinquent for more
than 90 days (your child will be asked to sit and observe classes until tuition is paid in
full)
* Three or more weeks out of a month is considered a full month tuition
* No monthly statements will be mailed; however, statements can be requested at any time
via Amber Jenkins
* We accept cash, check, and credit cards for payment
* Monthly tuition payments are non-refundable. You are not financially committed to the
entire year, but once tuition is paid, it cannot be returned.
* Costumes will not be ordered until payment is received. Please be prompt with costume
payments as to ensure your child’s costumes are ordered and have sufficient time to
arrive.
* Parents need to walk students to the door of AIM for drop off and come to the door of
AIM to pick up the student. Do not have a student walk across the parking lot without an
responsible adult.
* AIM is not responsible for students dropped off prior to their class. Parents should drop
their child off at the correct time and pick them up promptly when class is over. We are
not a daycare and do not have the resources to watch children that are not being dropped
off and picked up on time.
* Students should arrive on time to class. This ensures they are getting properly stretched
and warm to start their classes. Otherwise injuries could occur.
Payment Options
Parent Portal:
The academy uses Dancestudio-pro.com (our parent portal) We strongly encourage you pay through the portal. This way your transition appears instantly.
Auto-pay:
The academy uses Dancestudio-pro.com (our parent portal) for auto-pay to debit your checking/savings account or credit card each month. The auto-pay system will debit your account on the 1st of every month.
This helpful system will avoid any late payments resulting in late fees.
Check:
If the name on the check does not match the student’s name, please make note on the
memo line. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
Cash:
When paying by cash, an office attendant will write you a receipt.
Credit card:
The academy can accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. (Card must have a chip)
Payment Agreement
By accepting, I am aware of my monthly tuition and agree to pay the monthly tuition on or
before the 1st of each month for my child to attend Art In Motion Dance & Gymnastics Academy.
I understand if my tuition is not paid on time, it will result in a $15.00 late fee or my child’s
inability to participate in class. I have also read and understand AIM’s policies and procedures.
