CHILD PHOTO RELEASE FORM

I, the undersigned, hereby grant Kristin Reilly Dance permission to use and publish photographs and/or videos of my child for promotional and educational purposes on social media platforms, the organization's website, and any other related marketing materials.

I understand and agree to the following terms:

Identification: The photographs and/or videos may include images of my child and may be used in publications, presentations, or other promotional materials related to the activities of Kristin Reilly Dance.

Use: The photographs and/or videos may be used in both print and electronic media, including but not limited to social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), the Kristin Reilly Dance website, brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials.

Release: I release and discharge Kristin Reilly Dance, its representatives, employees, and any third parties acting under its authority, from any and all claims, actions, or demands arising out of the use of the photographs and/or videos.

No Compensation: I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of my child's photographs and/or videos.

Duration: This release applies to the use of the photographs and/or videos described herein perpetually, unless revoked by me in writing.

I have read and understood this release form, and I am the parent or legal guardian of the child named above. I hereby give my consent without reservation.
