Refund/Cancellation Policy
Dance Core Programs and Springfield Theatre Company
-Membership Fee is non-refundable.
- Fundraising fees are non-refundable.
- Families who wish to opt out of fundraising will received a tax donation receipt for $250 once payment is received.
- Withdrawal date to receive any refunds for registered classes is October 15th. The SPACE must have received written confirmation if dropping a class before or on October 15th to be eligible for refund.
- Refund will include costume deposit, and remainder of the monthly payments will be cancelled from that point on. 2nd payment of costume fees and fundraising fees will not be charged.
-Refunds will not be made for canceled classes due to inclement weather, teacher illness or similar reasons. If we must cancel a class due to low enrolment, we will provide a prorated refund. We will make every effort possible to reschedule canceled classes if more than 2 of the same classes have been canceled. We have built in 3 cancellation days to account for any unexpected closures (weather, facility issues, etc.) if these are not utilized within a season they are simply bonus classes!
