I hereby grant permission for Confident Kids Performing Arts School and their staff to use any video footage, audio recordings and photo images taken of my child on their website, social media, advertising and youtube channel.
If you would not like to be included in our photos, videos or audio recordings, this is not a problem at all, please simply let us know prior to your first class on 0422 221 461.
