Payment -Tuition Policy

Tuition Payments - Fees Policy:
Payment: E-Payment by credit card (MasterCard or Visa). Tuition will be processed on the 1st of each month or in full for special sessions.
Electronic Payment: is authorized at time of registration by submitting this form.
No refund for early withdrawal.
Late Fees: $10 for tuition payments not received by the 10th of the month.
Credit Cards: Declined e-payments occurring 2 months in a row are subject to a $25 administrative fee per occurrence.
Annual Registration: (Paid prior to first class): $65 per student, $85 per family.
Absences: Missed or canceled classes are not prorated or refunded.
Make up classes: Classes must be made up within 30 days.
Monthly tuition payments remain the same regardless of studio closures. If an illness, holiday, or school/business closure causes you to have less than 4 classes in a full billing month, please feel free to inquire in the office if you would like to attend a make-up class.
Additional Fees:
*Specialty Performance Attire: If recognized for a performance, a non-refundable wardrobe fee of $100 per routine will be processed thirty-days prior to the performance. If you choose not to participate in the performance, you must notify the front office in advance.
Refunds and Withdrawals:
A 30-day written notice is required to discontinue any class. A parent or adult student must inform office staff by filling out the withdrawal form in person or emailing a detailed drop request to bizebyrdprod@gmail.com. Verbal notification will not secure refunds/withdraws.
All automatic credit card charges will stop after the 30-day notice period. Robin's Rhythm’s Tap Dance Training Studio reserves the right to terminate lessons to any student without notice. In such a case, a refund for unused lessons will be given.
