RECREATIONAL MEMBERS:
• If your dancer is not enjoying their chosen class, don’t worry – switching classes is available up until December 1st, 2024! After December 1st, 2024, no changes to classes can be made, as Recital costumes are ordered and is it too late for a new student to join in place of a withdrawn student.
• Refund Policy: we are pleased to offer a refund on future class lesson fees (based on date of withdrawal) up until December 1st, 2024. Fees for lessons on, prior, or within 24 hours after the date of withdrawal are not eligible for refund. Beginning September 1st, 2024, a 10% withdrawal fee will be applied to all withdrawal refunds. After December 1st, 2024, there are NO REFUNDS on classes or costume deposits, as all costumes have been ordered and it is too late for someone new to take a student’s space. All withdrawals must be done in person, via phone or email with a member of our office staff.
• The Annual Membership Fee is non-refundable.
• There is a $35.00 fee for ALL NSF payments.
• We are pleased to offer a 10% sibling discount for families with more than one child registered for classes. This will be deducted from the cost of the additional dancer’s lesson fees (equal or lesser value). This does not apply to costume deposits/fees.
• If you are paying in two installments the second instalment/final lesson fees payment must be received no later than December 1, 2024.
• We offer a 7% discount off LESSON FEES (not costume deposits/membership fees) when the entire year’s fees are paid in cash by August 30th, 2024. This does not apply to cheques, debit/credit transactions, etransfers, or money orders.
• Recreational costumes for Recital can range in price between $90.00-$185.00 and are yours to keep! The $50.00/costume deposit is paid at registration, and the balance owing ranging between $40.00-$135.00 per costume is due in May, prior to pick up for Recital. Any required alterations, sewing, etc., will be taken care of for you. After December 1st, 2024, all dancers still registered in classes are responsible for any remaining costume fees. Fees will be collected whether the dancer participates in Recital or not, and are to be paid before Recital (May 2025). If your dancer decides to stop attending classes anytime between the December 1st withdrawal deadline and Recital 2025, please be aware you will still be responsible for the remaining costume balance.
• Dancers may be required to purchase specific dance tights & shoes for their Recital performances. This will be confirmed for each class in the spring of 2025 prior to Recital.
• Recital Tickets go on sale in early May 2025 and are approximately $30.00. The Studio is not responsible for families who may not be able to purchase Recital tickets for desired shows due to high demand and limited ticket quantity. The Studio reserves the right to make changes to Recital dates/times.
• Please make sure you are on our email list to stay up to date with all the latest information from the Studio! Email is our primary method of communication. Visit our website (www.premieredance.ca), ‘like’ us on Facebook and follow us on Instagram to stay up to date!
• Premiere Studio of Dance does not offer make-up classes, refunds, or credits for students who miss class. • The Studio reserves the right to charge interest to any late accounts (7% per month on unpaid balance).
