Policies and COVID- 19 Procedures
In the event that a student will be absent from class, we ask that you call or email to inform us of the absence. Missed Classes will not be refunded.
There will not be classes on statutory holidays as well as Christmas Break and Spring Break. These missed days are factored into our payment structure. In the event that a class is cancelled, we will make up the class at a later date.
Cancellation Policy : In the event that your child wishes to discontinue a class, we require one month notice. We will refund you your remaining balance minus the one month.Registration fees are non-refundable. Costume fees are non- refundable after Jan 1st.
Our Dress Code is strictly enforced and can be viewed on our website. Please don't hesitate to ask us if you have any questions.
New Covid Procedures:
Hand Sanitizer is available upon entry and in each studio to use as you wish.
Masks are optional
Studios will be disinfected in between each class. Barres, Cubbies and door handles will be disinfected. The entire studio will be deep cleaned twice a week. There is hand sanitizer in each studio to use as often as needed.
Please do NOT attend your dance class if you are feeling sick. We ask that you stay home in order to prevent the spread of any type of illness at the studio.
The Canadian School of Ballet will follow all guidelines provided by WorkSafe BC in order to keep our environment as safe and clean as possible for our dancers and instructors.
