Withdrawal Policies

Camp Withdrawal Policy: I understand that the camp fees are based on a five day program and that the cut-off date for withdrawal is seven business day prior to the start date. I understand a withdrawal letter must be submitted. Fees and deposits will not be returned after this date. If withdrawal is due to an injury, payment will be returned upon receipt of a doctor’s note.
2023/24 Dance Season Withdrawal Policy: I understand that the 2023/24 dance season fees are based on 10-month program and that the cut-off date for withdrawal from any class is November 1st, 2023. I understand a withdrawal letter must be submitted. If notification is received prior to November 1st, the changes will become effective the 1st of the following month. Tuition fees and deposits for classes, competitions and costumes will not be returned after November 1st, 2023. If withdrawal is due to an injury, tuition fees will be stopped upon receipt of a doctor's note, and will be in effect starting the month after notification.
SWD 2023/24 Musical Production and Nutcracker Withdrawal Policy: The last day to withdraw from the Musical and the Nutcracker is September 30th, 2023. If you decide to withdrawal from either program before September 30th, you will be refunded 75% of your fee. The remaining amount is non-refundable. If you decide to withdrawal after September 30th, 2023 there will be no refunds.
