Students of Katee’s Dance Stop may have the opportunity to be photographed during class and at various events. With permission from the parents these photos may be included in Katee’s Dance Stop publications or advertisements. To ensure privacy, specific names of children will not be included. No financial compensation shall be given for use of any photographs. I acknowledge that Katee’s Dance Stop may choose not to use my photo at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date. Katee’s Dance Stop reserves the right to discontinue use of photos without notice. I have read this release and I understand its contents. I consent to and authorize the use of Katee’s Dance Stop, or anyone authorized by Katee’s Dance Stop, of any and all photographs which have been taken of my child(ren) (or self for adult dancers)
