Covid - 19 Policies and Procedures

We are temporarily changing some of our policies due to COVID-19. Below you will find a list of things that will be in effect until further notice

*By registering for classes you are agreeing to pay for the full amount of classes regardless of attendance. We will be providing zoom classes if we need to close our doors for any length of time. Your child will be expected to continue with online learning if necessary. While we know this isn't ideal this would be temporary to keep your child learning and not fall behind in class. Refunds will NOT be issued for missed classes or if we move to an online platform due to closures.

*Our lobby will be closed. We will be using this extra space for classes. All students will be assigned a designated dance space along with a designated space to put their belongings.

*We will allow students into the studio one at a time once the prior class has ended and left the building. Parents will be asked to bring their child to the door and check them in.

*Anyone entering the studio that is over 2 years of age, will need to wear a mask, please no neck gaiters (They do not stay in place while moving during the dance classes). Water breaks will be given throughout the duration of the class.

*Frequently touched surfaces will be cleaned regularly. We will also be providing hand sanitizer to everyone that enters the studio.

*Payments will be posted to your online parent portal. We are asking, if possible, to please make your payment online. If you are unable to make a payment online, we will be accepting cash and check payments, but they must be in a sealed envelope and turned in at the start of your child's class. If change is needed, it will be returned with your child at the end of class.

These policies will be in place until otherwise noted. Please know, these policies are in place to protect our students, teachers and their families and will be enforced for everyone's safety.
