Tuition Agreement

Operating expenses require that parents maintain tuition payments. Tuition is based on the number of days in the dance season September - May.
For your convenience, tuition may be paid in full and receive a 5% discount, or you may pay monthly over 7 months. Should you select to pay monthly, you would need to submit an electronic payment form on the portal.

All tuition payments are scheduled for withdrawal between the 1st & 5th of every month from September - March.
Any tuition received after the 15th is considered late and will be charged a $20 late fee.
No refunds or tuition allowances will be made for vacation days, sick days, or studio holidays – including emergency closings. Makeup class options will be available for unscheduled closings.
Withdrawing from studio
10 days written notice is requested if your child will be leaving the studio. You will then be sent a confirmation for any remaining balance due or refund applied.
Any dropped classes AFTER November 15th are still responsible for 1st Recital Bundle payment (⅓ of total)
Classes dropped after December 1st are responsible 1st and 2nd Recital Bundle payment (⅔ of total)
Classes dropped after February 1st are responsible for full Recital Bundle payment
