*PARKING/DROP-OFF POLICY: All preschool children must be walked inside by a parent or guardian. Children

K- 12th grades can walk in and be seated on a bench until the previous class is over. It is the responsibility of each parent/guardian to pick up their child immediately following their class. If there is an emergency situation where you cannot pick up your child on time, please let staff know. Parents/guardians of preschool children must wait inside the fenced area for ADTC staff to directly hand off the children. If you are late picking your child up, you will have to come inside to get them. They are taught that if they don’t see their “ride”, to go back inside and sit on the bench until someone comes in to get them.

We ask that parents please go over these policies with your children. We appreciate your support and cooperation, as these policies are implemented to ensure all of our student’s safety.

*E-MAIL COMMUNICATION: The main form of communication between the studio and our families is through e-mail. Please provide your current e-mail address on the last page. We ask that you PLEASE check your e-mail on a regular basis to keep informed on updated studio information. Please do not forget to update your paperwork with our office if you change e-mail or mailing addresses at any time.

*PARENT’S RESPONSIBILITY: It is the responsibility of ADTC to notify all students of any schedule change. It is the responsibility of the student/parent to notify ADTC of any illness, vacation, financial problems, change in schedule or any other factors interfering with the established and hereby agreed upon ADTC policies. If your child’s class is at the end of the day please be there to pick them up on time! We understand that things happen but if it becomes repetitive you will be charged $1 for each minute you’re late.
Important Note: Each student must be covered by their family’s insurance policy. If an injury occurs, it is understood that the student’s own policy is your only source of coverage/reimbursement.

*PRE-SCHEDULED HOLIDAYS & TUITION: ADTC follows the Andalusia City School holiday calendar. Tuition is not pro-rated for holidays. If a class needs to be rescheduled for any reason, you will be notified.

*MONTHLY NEWSLETTER: A monthly newsletter with important information and dates will be emailed at the beginning of each month.

*PARENT WEEK: There will be a few times throughout the year that family will be allowed to observe during class times to see what all your child has learned. These dates will be posted in the monthly newsletter.

*TUITION: Tuition is paid on a monthly basis, due on the 10th of the month and delinquent after the 15th. A $5.00 late fee will be automatically assessed for tuition received in our office after the 15th. If paying by check, there is a payment box conveniently located to the right of the entrance door where checks can be dropped in. Paying with cash is not recommended, however if you must pay with cash, be sure to get a receipt from any staff member. For your convenience, we accept paypal and credit card payments online. If tuition is not paid by the 20th of the month, students will not be allowed to participate in class until all fees (including late fees) are current. ADTC sends an automatic, e-mail courtesy reminder invoice on the 1st of every month. To participate in any studio function, students must not have any past due tuition. This includes our annual recital and local performances. Any check returned to the studio for insufficient funds will be charged a $25.00 service fee – no exceptions. We do NOT pro-rate for classes missed or for any holidays.
