Attendance & Preparedness
1. Please arrive on time to class. Any student arriving after 15 minutes will have to take notes instead of participating. More than 3 absences can cause your child not to participate in the event.
2. Always arrive on time. Students should arrive 5 -10 minutes prior to their scheduled class.
3. Be sure to communicate, if you anticipate a late arrival. Click "Attendance" in your portal or child's portal to mark Absent if you are going to miss class
4. Students should be dressed and prepared for class before it starts. No Bulky or dangling earrings
5. Students should listen actively and attentively in class, ask questions when prompted by the instructor and be responsive.
6. Allow the teacher to give corrections in the class to avoid disagreements and to ensure all of the students are enjoying their class.
7. No cell phone usage during class time
8. Only closed water bottles are permitted in the studio.
9. Please maintain a clean space by picking up after yourself in the restroom, back room, and studio.
10. Bring a positive, “can do” attitude to class. Be sure to pay attention, accept feedback, and show appreciation for the instruction you are receiving.
11. Work hard, do your best and have fun!
12. Respect one another. DanzStar does not tolerate bullying, drugs, or foul speech. Such behavior will result in immediate removal from the program.
