I give my consent for my child to participate in a faith-based organization where he/she will learn bible verses and take part in bible studies. I understand that there are monthly bible study sessions at the DanzStar studio, and I agree to my child's involvement in these sessions. I am aware that DanzStar is based on Christian beliefs and will discuss biblical scriptures with my child in a loving and godly manner. The three P's of faith that DanzStar stands for are (1) Patience; (2) Perseverance; and (3) Persistence, to help my child reach their fullest potential in their dance technique.
