All costumes will be sized an inch larger than their actual measurements to account for student growth throughout the year.
Any alterations that need to be made are the parent's responsibility.Â
If you think your dancer's costume is too small, please contact the instructor.
The studio owner will make the final decision, as to whether it's too small. Remember: most dance costumes are very tight. There is a difference between too small and not being used to wearing something too tight.Â
All tuition accounts must be up to date to receive a costume. If tuition is not up to date, the student will not receive their costume and they may not be able to perform in the recital.Â
Costume fees that are not in by October 1st, your dancer's costume will not be ordered.

If you don't pay the costume fee on time. there is no guarantee that the costume will be here in time for the recital.Â
If you join halfway through the year, we cannot guarantee that your dancer will receive a costume for the Spring Production.Â

We work to keep you informed through emails, notes, and the UPDS app.
It is your responsibility to keep up to date by reading your emails, checking your dancer's bag weekly for notes, and downloading our UPDS app.
We will be sending monthly newsletters to your email as well; carefully read through these newsletters every month for essential information.
If you need to talk personally to an instructor or studio owner about payments, costumes, class times, pictures, or attendance, please call the studio and schedule an appointment.
Any disputes, questions, concerns, or frustrations must be handled in a professional and courteous manner, either before or after class; not while students are in the studio or we reserve the right to dismiss the student for the classroom. We are more than happy to discuss any questions or concerns that you might have in the proper setting.Â
