PARENT INFORMATION: Please take a moment to read through the following information & authorize your childs enrolment form.
All communication including Term Fee Statements & newsletters is done through email and the Parent Portal. It is imperative you set-up your Portal as soon as you receive the link & temporary password (changeable on login) so you can obtain all relevant studio information & updates throughout the year.

* Annual registration is $50 for all students
* Classes & levels are subject to the teachers discretion regarding childs ability & class sizes
* Ballet students from Grade 1 & up require 2 lessons per week
* All students must be in correct SELECT dance uniforms & shoes within 3 weeks of commencement (available to purchase at reception)
* Photos & images of students taken at events & classes are displayed on the internet under a login system and may be used for promotional purposes and/or for parents to purchase
* Photos may be displayed on our Social Media pages
* End of year Concert - Commitment towards this production is appreciated due to the amount of time and work that is put in by both the teaching faculty and the students.
We have introduced the following payment schedule to assist families with costs:
A $50 Concert Costume Deposit will be included in Term 2 Fees for each class students will be performing in the EOY Concert (eg. Ballet = $50, Tap =$50, Jazz=$50, Hip Hop=$50 etc)
The Concert Costume Deposit payment is an agreement from the parent for ordering the costume and acceptance to pay the costume balance when added to accounts in Term 4
* We ask you to remind your child(ren) to treat their studio with respect & caution. Please be aware that you will be liable for any expenses to repair studio damage caused by your
child(ren).
* Fees are issued at the commencement of each Term (due to high volume of registrations Term 1 fees may be delayed however; you will still receive the full 2 weeks "early bird" discount period).
* Our Early Bird Discount is applied when Term fees are received by the 3rd Saturday of each Term (end of week 2).
* All methods of payment are payable as a term fee ONLY (payment by instalments will be accepted through the Parent Portal ONLY).
* Fees not paid in FULL before the end of the early bird discount period will automatically revert to the full price
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Parent Portal | debit/credit card - Stripe service fees apply
SELECT Studio reception | cash and eftpos - bank fees apply
EFT (internet transfer) | payment will be credited to accounts from the bank statement ONLY which can tale up to 14 days. Discount will apply to all payments RECIEVED within discount period
EFT payments MUST be made by the Thursday prior to end of "early bird" discount period in order to reach our account on time to receive the discount
All fees must be paid for by week 5 to enable students to continue lessons and/or perform in events - no exceptions
