📅 $25.00 Registration Fee (August-April)
• Registration Fees Waived when you register & make payment between May-July.
• Registration Fees & Payment MUST be made before attending your first class.

💸 Tuition
•Tuition is due on the 1st of the Month. On the 8th a $10 Late fee is added.
•Tuition is calculated based on the total number of weeks in our dance season, accounting for holidays, breaks, and days off. It is divided into 10 monthly payments, ensuring consistency regardless of enrollment timing from September to June.

💸 Payment Options:
•💵 Cash/Check in person, in the black box, or side door slot (made to Patsy Watson's LLC).
•🏦 Auto Pay (total balance on your account will be withdrawn on the 1st of the month, including costumes if applicable).
•💳 Card payments are made on your portal.
•🍏 Apple Pay at 517-803-8262 (no fees).
•🟪 Venmo @vanessarose1989 (no fees).
•💸 Dancers may not attend class or events of any kind if the balance is two months past due.
•💸 All card payments have a 4.3% card fee added.

🏫 Missed Classes
•Missed classes do not alter your tuition price; however, makeup classes are available and encouraged.

📆 Dropping Mid-Season
•Dropping a month mid-season is not an option for participation in the recital. Tuition remains consistent month to month, and makeup classes are required for missed sessions.

•We operate on a month-to-month basis, providing flexibility. Should you choose to drop and wish to re-enter within the same season, a $25 registration fee will apply. Please note, your spot in class will not be held or guaranteed. If you re-register within the same season, attendance at private lessons will be required to participate in the recital.

🚫 Fees and Refunds
•Insufficient bank funds will have a $25 fee added to the payment, along with any other applicable fees.
•There are no refunds at any time after a payment is made on any tuition, merchandise, attire, shoes, tickets, or costumes.
•Tuition must be paid in full prior to and in order to participate in recitals, competitions, and events.

🎭 Recital Information
•Recital (September-June Recital Season is the only season that performs in the show).
•Costumes Required for recital. Costume Prices vary from $95-$130 (some classes use a 2 in 1).
•Costume orders begin in September and end before Christmas Break.
•Recital is June 12th & 13th with Rehearsals on June 10th & 11th. Recital Schedule and nights performing will come out in March so you are prepared ahead of time with schedule times and days.
•To participate in the recital, you must register between September and February.
•Dancers are required to remain backstage for the entirety of the show. Only Dancers and scheduled backstage volunteers are permitted backstage.
•The Dress Code must be met per guidelines to participate in the recital.

💇‍♀️ Hair:
• Ladies: Hair should be neatly styled in a bun, braid, or ponytail.
• Gentlemen: Hair should also look neat.

🩰 Attire Guidelines:
• Ladies: Leotard (any color). No midriff or two-piece outfits.
• Gentlemen: Black dance or sweatpants with plain t-shirts (any color).

🥿 Ballet/Lyrical Footwear Requirements:
•Ladies: Pink canvas ballet shoes.
•Gentlemen: Black ballet shoes.

👠 Tap Footwear Requirements:
• Ladies: Tan tap shoes (Level 3B & Level 4: Any color, any style).
• Gentlemen: Black tap shoes.

🤸 Gymnastics Footwear Requirements:
• All: Bare feet.

👟 Jazz/Contemp/Hiphop Footwear Requirements:
• Ladies: Tan jazz shoes.
• Gentlemen: Black jazz shoes (for Hip Hop & Jazz).

📣 Cheer Footwear Requirements:
• White Tennis Shoes

🕺 Boys Hip Hop Footwear Requirements:
• Black Tennis Shoes

🚫 Street clothes and midriff exposure are not permitted in class.
• Please ensure dancers have appropriate dance warm-ups.

📋 Other Policies
🚫 Jewelry is not allowed.
🚫 No gum, fast food, or colored/flavored drinks allowed in the studio.
🚗 Parents must pick up their children within 5 minutes of class ending time. Late pickups after the last class will incur a $5 charge.
⏰ Arrive early and prepared, ready to give 100% effort in every session.
📅 Final balance must be paid in full by June 1st to participate in recitals and rehearsals.
🎁 Costumes will not be provided to accounts with outstanding balances during costume handouts.
📸 Photos & Videos will be used in all social media platforms.
