Registration Fees & Payment MUST be made before attending your first class.
REGISTRATION
1. July & August – FREE Registration when you make Septembers tuition payment before August 31
2. September- June a $25 Registration fee is applied to each family.
3. Must Register before January 1st to ensure recital participation. Student’s recital participation will be determined based on director’s evaluation if registered after December.
4. Summer Registration Begins May 1st : Payments must be made before classes begin in order to participate.

TUITION
1. Tuition is based off the number of weeks in our dance season, holidays and breaks are accounted for.
Broken down into 10 even monthly payments that remain the same at anytime of enrollment Sept-June.

2. Tuition is DUE on the 1st of the Month. On the 8th a $10 late fee will be added.
a. PAYMENT OPTIONS:
- Cash/Check in person, in black box, or side door slot (Made to Patsy Watson's LLC)
- Auto Pay (Total balance on your account will be withdrawn on the 1st of the month.)
- Card Payments are made on you portal
- Apple Pay 517-803-8262
- Venmo @vanessarose1989 NO FEES
b. Dancer may not attend class or events of any kind if balance is 2 months past due.
d. All card payments have a 4.3% card fee added.
e. Please NOTE : Due to multiple payment options there will no exceptions to late fees.
f. Missed classes do not change your tuition price, make up classes are available and suggested.
g. If a student “Drops” a month a $30 holding fee will apply to ensure their spot in the class.
*This is highly discouraged due to the fact that student will miss so much in technique and the routine.
It is very difficult to choreograph when students miss classes. Private Lessons may be required if to many classes are missed.
3. Insufficient Bank funds will have a $25 fee added to payment and any other fees applicable.

4. There are No refunds on any tuition, merchandise, attire, shoes, Tickets or costumes.

5. Tuition Must be paid in full prior to and in order to participate in, recitals, competitions & events.

RECITAL
1. Recital is in June. All dancers participate in 2 shows :) Costume Orders begin in September. Some mini performers subject to one performance plus a 2nd at the run through.

DRESS CODE & STUDIO POLICIES:
1. Hair must be pulled up in a neat bun, braid, or pony tail.
2. Ladies Must wear Leotard (any color) - Gentlemen Must wear black dance or sweat pants & plain t-shirts (any color)
3. Ladies Pink canvas Ballet shoes - Gentlemen Black Ballet shoes
4. Ladies Tan Tap shoes - Gentlemen Black tap shoes
5. Ladies Tan Jazz shoes - Gentlemen Black Jazz shoes (for Hip hop & Jazz)
6. Shoes may not match dress code for classes BUT MUST have the above shoes for Recital.
If dancers do not have the correct shoes for Recital they may not participate.
7. No street clothes in class & no midriff . Please purchase dancers appropriate dance warm ups :)
8. No Jewelry

OTHER POLICIES:
9. No gum, No Fast food, No colored or flavored drinks allowed in the studio.
10. Do not leave unattended children at the studio; be sure to pick them up within 5 mins of their class ending time. If it is the last class of the night late parents will be charged $5 to their account.
11. Be Early & prepared Come ready to dance and put 100% into everything you do ☺
12. Final balance must be paid in full on June 1st in order to participate in recitals and rehearsals.
13. Accounts with a balance during costume hand outs will not be given costume till the current balance is paid.
14. Accounts must be paid 100% in full in order to participate in Rehearsals and Recitals.
15. Photos will be used in Social Media
