BDC Photography Waiver

I grant to Blair Dance Center, its representatives and employees, the right to take photographs of my child in connection with any and all activities that take place within the dance school. I further authorize Blair Dance Center, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically at Blair Dance Center’s discretion.

I agree that Blair Dance Center may use such photographs of my child with or without his/her name and for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to: publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
