Participation Agreement & Financial Policy

As a participant in any program or class of Tippi Toes Dance Company® I recognize and acknowledge the nature of the activities my child will be participating in and that my child is in the proper physical condition and capable of participating in the related activities, understanding that Tippi Toes® is not in any way responsible for making such a determination.

I agree to waive and relinquish all claims that I or my minor child may have as a result of participating in any program or class against Tippi Toes Dance Company® and its officers, agents, servants, employees and independent contractors. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend Tippi Toes Dance Company® and its officers, agents, servants, employees and independent contractors from my claims resulting from injuries including death, damages and losses sustained by me or my minor child that arise out of, in connection with, or in any way associated with the activities of this program.

I hereby permit the use of my, or my daughter/son’s image to be photographed, videotaped or otherwise recorded for use in Tippi Toes Dance Company’s® publicity or educational materials. These materials include, but are not limited to, photographs of classes and performances, newsletters, various other publications, Tippi Toes Dance Company’s® internet webpage and social media outlets and videos of classes or performances. I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS.

Financial Responsibility:
I agree that I am solely responsible for payment of all charges on my account in a timely manner. All refunds will be subject to the refund policy below. Once enrolled in auto-pay, any and all charges on your account will run on the 1st of each month until payments owed are received.

Attendance & Withdrawal Policy:
I agree to the sole responsibility for unenrolling my daughter/son from Tippi Toes classes before the 1st of the month to avoid any tuition/costume charges. Verbal notification or lack of attendance does not provide sufficient notice of intent to drop. If a student has not attended or withdrawn from classes for 3 consecutive months, Tippi Toes Amarillo reserves the right to automatically drop the student from the class for non attendance. Refunds for non attendance will be subject to the Tippi Toes® refund policies below.

Code of Student Conduct:
Should a child’s behavior become a consistent problem, Tippi Toes Amarillo reserves the right to drop the student from the class. We understand that developing behaviors is a learned skill, and we will work with parents/guardians to manage feelings, maintain realistic expecatations, positive redirection, attachment issues, and other behavorial problems. Students are expected to demonstrate the correct character, treat others and property with respect and honesty, and act in a way that does not interfere with the class rules. Disruptive incidents (including but not limited to), disturbing others, disruptive or rude behavior, refusing to obey staff members, failing to follow class rules, running away, throwing objects, hitting, biting, excessive crying or screaming, etc. will not be tolerated. We will work with parents to help dancers learn Tippi Toes class rules and expecatations! We love all children and will help them be the best version of themselves! Refunds for code of coduct will be subject to the Tippi Toes® Refund Policies below.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your class registration at any time, please contact our office before the 1st of the upcoming month so that you are not charged tuition for that upcoming month. Cancellations must be made before the 1st of the month in order to avoid tuition charges. Verbal notification or lack of attendance does not provide sufficient notice of intent to drop. Please see refund policy below.

Contracts:
While we hope your dancer stays in Tippi Toes® class all season, you are not under any contract when you register for Tippi Toes® classes.
You can unenroll your dancer anytime when you log in to your account, click account, students, select the class under your child’s name, then click “drop this class”.

Late Fees:
A late fee will be assessed if this invoice is not paid in full by the due date. Any past due amounts are subject to a late fee penalty. Tuition is due on the 1st of the month. A late fee of $10 will be placed on the account if any amounts owed are not paid by the 10th of the month. And additional late fee of $15 will be place for balances not paid after 30 days.

Tippi Toes® Tuition Fee Refund Policy:
Up to 5 days after charge was placed on account- FULL refund minus processing fee (approx $3)
6-29 days after charge was placed on account- 50% refund minus processing fees (approx $3)
30 days or more after charged was placed on account- 0% refund

Tippi Toes® Registration Fee Refund Policy:
Registration fees are non-refundable.

Tippi Toes® Costume Refund Policy:
Up to 5 days after charge was made- full refund minus processing fees
5+ days- partial refunds may be issued minus processing fees
30 days or more after charged was placed on account- 0% refund
*once costumes are ordered full refunds will not be issued*

Tippi Toes® Dance Card Refund Policy:
Dance card class passes are not eligible for refunds. The 1 class pass expires 90 days after purchase, and the 5 class pass expires 120 days after purchase.

Tippi Toes Camp Refund Policy:
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Special Event or Camp tuition is non-refundable after the payment deadline.
Cancellations after the payment deadline of the event/camp are subject to partial refunds minus processing fees.

Tippi Toes Online Orders:
All orders made in the online store are non-refundable, including but not limited to recital tickets, event tickets, all products and services sold through the online store.

Waiver Updates:
I agree to any and all future changes to the online waiver that Tippi Toes deems necessary.
