Cancellation, Guidelines & Photo Policy

I agree when registering myself, my child, my grandchild online through Studio 8 Performing Arts online dance studio software that I will give a two week notice prior to the 1st of the following month for any cancellations or I will be responsible for paying the following month plus a $25 cancellation fee. After the final month has been paid in full including all outstanding balances, I understand that my credit card on file will be deleted and not charged through Studio 8 Performing Arts.

I agree in all of Studio 8 Performing Arts Policies & Guidelines set forth in the files menu of this site when I register my dancer to take classes in the 2023-2024 Summer/Fall/Spring Seasons. I understand that I will read in full the entire packet and sign and turn in page of the Policies and Guidelines Handbook upon my dancers first dance class and sign waiver upon registration.

I agree to allow my dancers pictures and or videos taken by Studio 8 Performing Arts to be used through social media, advertisements or any other source of marketing for the studio. I sign off on all pictures and videos made to Studio 8 performing arts.
