VPAC FINANCIAL AGREEMENT

My child is participating in classes at VPAC. I have read, understand, and agree to the following statements:

-Tuition is due on the first of every month, even if the first is on a weekend or a holiday. On the second, a $10 late fee per child will automatically be added to my account. If my child is absent during the first day of the month, I am still able to mail in payment or pay online to avoid late fees.

-I am enrolling my child for the entire length of the current season at VPAC. If I choose to withdraw my child early, I can do so without any financial penalty before the 1st of the month. In order to withdraw my child, I need to sign a form in the office that will include the date of their last day of classes. If I simply stop bringing my child, I am still obligated to pay tuition until I notify VPAC staff that they will no longer be attending classes. For example, if in mid-November I decide to stop bringing my child for December, but do not withdraw them from classes so that their spot can be filled, I am still required to pay for the class because they took up a spot. If I sign the withdrawal form mid-November, they will still get to finish November classes, but will not be charged for December.

-All classes will meet an average of 4 times per month. Some months they will meet 3 times, and other months they will meet 5 times, but over the season, it will average out. If there are at least 3 classes that month, make-up classes will not be offered.

-If I only bring my child to class twice in a given month, I still have to pay a full month’s tuition because they are enrolled and taking up a spot. If I let a staff member know ahead of time that they will be missing, I can pick up a free open gym pass for my child.
