PRIVACY STATEMENT
Your privacy is important to us. Please read the below statement in full to understand how we use and process your data.
- As a performing arts school primarily catering to children, it is important that we have the students parent and/or carers contact details on file to ensure we can contact you in the unlikely case of an emergency. Other information including medical information, is again for your child’s welfare whilst in our care. We will also contact you regarding relevant details relating to the academy, including classes, workshops, summer school and general information regarding CPA that we feel will be of interest to you and your child(ren) as valued CPA families. If we need to contact you more urgently, for example, in the event of a Last-minute class cancellation, we may also send you a brief text as well as an email to ensure minimal disruption to you.
- We will not share your information with anyone else unless in line with child protection regulations. For example, for some shows we must gain a performance license for which the council require details on students involved to ensure child protection regulations are in place and followed.
- We store all information securely and if at any point your child no longer attends CPA, your account will be deactivated within 12 months from the last point your child attended any classes/workshops unless you have a positive balance on account or request to deactivate your account before this which you are welcome to do.
- We are fully registered with the ICO.
