I hereby consent to and authorize the use of all photography
and/or videography that has been taken of myself or my child. All digital images and/or video files are wholly owned by Synergy Dance and Fitness Studio, who reserves the right to use these images and/or video for publication on all social media platforms including Synergy Dance and Fitness Studio website.
