Dancers are required to have the proper dance attire for each class. Jeans and street shoes are not allowed within our dance studios. No food or drinks allowed within the studio. Only a capped water bottle is allowed in the studios. All fees paid to Dance City West are non refundable. Tuition is due the 1st of every month. A $25 late fee will be added to your account if tuition is not paid by the 5th of each month. DCW follows the Waverly calendar for closings; for holidays, breaks and bad weather. No refunds or discounts for missed classes. I understand that Dance City West and its staff will not be held liable or responsible for any injuries at or within Dance City West or an event affiliated with Dance City West. I agree that Dance City West is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. I give permission to Dance City West and its staff to use photos or videos of my child for advertisement purposes.
