AGREEMENT FOR IMAGE USE ONLINE
At times, Sapphire Dance Academy may wish to use your child’s image or video footage on social media pages or the websites belonging to or associated with the Academy. By agreeing to this waiver, you consent to this. Please note, all students participating in our bi-annual showcase, show team performances and competitions will be required to consent to this.
