Season 16 Waiver

I have received or will obtain a copy of The Beat Dance Company Ltd. financial policies and will take the responsibility to carefully read and follow the rules and policies therein. I understand that tuition is billed in five separate sessions (7 weeks in duration), and that failure to pay in time will result in a late fee and eventual refusal to participate in class.

I understand that each dance class must meet minimum enrollment or it will be subject to cancelation. I understand that once enrolled, if at any point in the season I need to withdraw my dancer from class, I will wait to do so until the end of a 7-week session, and I will contact the studio directly prior to the end of the session to officially withdraw my dancer and open a spot for another student in my child's place.

I understand that dance classes may include, without limitation, dancing with props, stretching, conditioning exercises, barre work, across the floor combinations, dance routines in the center, and other movement activities. I understand that The Beat Dance Company, Ltd. does not give credit and/or refunds for class(es) missed due to holiday, vacation, illness, school functions, global pandemics, weather events, etc.. I understand that I am responsible for contacting the studio directly to schedule an appropriate makeup class to take the place of a class missed due to illness, school function, family event, etc.. I further understand that there are specific risks of physical or property damages, losses, or injury that may result from my or my child's participation with The Beat Dance Company, Ltd., and I voluntarily assume the risks associated with such participation. The Beat Dance Company, Ltd. Is not responsible for personal property.

I hereby grant permission to The Beat Dance Company, Ltd. to utilize photographed or video recorded material of my child(ren) dancing at or with The Beat Dance Company, Ltd. for promotional purposes. I understand that posed and/or candid photographs and action videos may be captured in the studio during dance class or on stage in performance, and may be posted on the studio website, or on social networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram, and/or YouTube/Vimeo for promotional or educational purposes. I understand that I am free to address specific requests regarding such posting in writing to the studio director, and I realize that failing to do so will be interpreted as knowledgeable acceptance of these terms.

Electronic Signature Agreement. By selecting the "I agree to the terms and conditions" checkbox, and clicking "Accept", I am signing this agreement electronically. I agree this electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my manual signature on this agreement.
