Pique School of Performing Arts will use the email addresses you provide to send account statements (invoices and receipts), school newsletters, information relating to your dance classes and activities associated with those classes, e.g. exams, workshops, rehearsals, performances. We will also use email, text and from time to time telephone, to contact you in the event of unforeseen cancellations, emergencies, or any personal matter relating to you or your children and their dance classes. Occasionally you may receive important correspondence via post if email addresses are unsuccessful.

We use DanceStudio-Pro to store and process student data. Our database is password protected and DanceStudio-Pro do not have access to your information. Pique School of Performing Arts teachers have access to relevant medical information and emergency contact details only for the students they personally teach. You can update your information at any time via your online portal.

A 'Right To Be Forgotten' button can be found in your account settings. Please note that outstanding invoices may need to be settled prior to your request to be removed from our database being processed.

Pique School of Performing Arts treat all personal information with the strictest confidence and will never share your details with other parties. The only exception to this is where dates of birth, gender and ethnicity may be required on examination entry forms.
