Photo/Video release
I understand that photos and video of my child’s class may be used in educational and advertising materials and that there will be no monetary compensation for the use of these photos/videos. Photos/videos may be posted on the Saugerties Ballet Center web site and Facebook page. No names will be used without parent's permission.
If you DO NOT want us to use photos/videos of your child, PLEASE NOTIFY US IN WRITING VIA EMAIL. SaugertiesBalletCenter@gmail.com
