Information Collection and Use
Chesterfield Dance Center collects personally identifiable information from individuals who provide it voluntarily and knowingly by signing up for mailing lists, filling out forms, etc... This information is used to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to contact you about specials, news, and new products.
Chesterfield Dance Center also automatically receives and records information on its server logs from your browser including your IP address, Chesterfield Dance Center cookie information and the page you requested. We combine this information with similar information collected about all other visitors. By collecting this information, we learn how to best tailor our website to our visitors.

Your Ability to delete your entry from the mailing list
Chesterfield Dance Center gives you the ability to delete your entry from its mailing list at any time from our newsletters.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including, credit card, name, address so that it can not be read over the internet.
If you wish to add or drop a class, you must fill out an Add/Drop form (in your Student Handbook or at the front desk) and place it in the payment box or give it to an office staff member. Once an Add/Drop form is submitted, an email will be sent to you confirming that the office has received and processed the information. Responsibility for payment will end on the 1st of the month following the date of add/drop form submission (i.e. if you submit an add/drop form on Nove. 9th, you are responsible for tuition through the end of November. Responsibility for further payments would end on Dec. 1st). This means you will not receive a refund for paid classes that you did not attend if you dropped in the middle of the month. If you stop coming to class without proper notification, you will continue to be charged for that class until the office is properly notified. If you drop a class after January 1st, you will be responsible for paying the tuition in full (no refunds will be issued after January 1st).
Chesterfield Dance Center may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.
