Cancellation Policy

Automatic Enrolment
Once enrolled in a class the enrolment will be rolling and students will be automatically enrolled into future terms unless the class is cancelled prior to the deadline given for the upcoming term. If classes are not cancelled you will be liable to pay the term fees in full.
Missed classes
We regret we cannot offer a refund for missed classes, but students may attend an age/level-appropriate catch-up class within the same term, subject to availability. Catch-up classes must be booked through the Parent Portal.
Lesson/Event/SSS cancellation by you - leaving mid-term
Fees are non-refundable should you choose to leave a class at SSS mid-term or no longer participate in an event you already signed up for.
Lesson cancellation by SSS
Due to events out of SSS’s control (e.g., a health pandemic) - No refund will be offered for lessons cancelled in-person due to events outside of SSS’s control. Where possible, SSS will re-schedule or move classes online temporarily.
One-off - If a class is cancelled by SSS for any other reason, SSS will endeavour to arrange a catch-up class. If this is not possible, fees will be refunded.
For the remainder of the term - SSS reserves the right to cancel classes at any point during the term if the class size is too small. In this event, you will receive a refund of fees paid for all cancelled lessons.
Workshops - cancellation by you
Only once the money is paid is your place in a workshop confirmed. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the workshop will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled workshop will not receive a refund.
Workshops - cancellation by SSS
If a workshop is cancelled by SSS for any reason, SSS will endeavour to reschedule the workshop. If this is not possible, fees will be refunded.
Private lesson / party cancellation by you
If you must cancel your private lesson or a party booking, cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the lesson/event will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 14 days and 48 hours in advance of the lesson/event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the lesson/event will not be refunded. Please note, if you have not paid in advance for the lesson/event, you may still be charged the full fee.
Private lesson / Party cancellation by SSS
If a private lesson or party booking must be cancelled by SSS for any reason, the fee will be refunded in full.
