Payment Policies

All Payments are due by the first week of every month. Payments received after the 10th will receive a monthly $15.00 Late Fee. We are a 9 month based studio that runs Sept.-June.
If Account is not up to date student cannot participate in annual dance recital.

I understand that if I do NOT notify the studio in writing of my dancer discontinuing classes PRIOR to bill date, I will be charged full tuition for that upcoming session.
Confirmation of class drop required from both Absolute Dance and Enrolled Family.
I understand that if my dancer discontinues classes after tuition has been paid, partial or full credit no refunds are NOT GIVEN. I understand that my dancer may continue the remaining portion of the session that has been paid for and the drop from the program with written notice. Family must notify Absolute Dance Office Staff of discontinuation of enrollment.

I understand that when I enroll my dancer, they will remain enrolled in all classes until I notify Absolute Dance in writing, or the 2019-2020 dance season has come to an end.
I understand that tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable to any other student or session.
I understand that a monthly, recurring $15 late fee will be applied to my account so long as tuition is past due. I understand that after 3 weeks of late tuition, my dancer will not be permitted to return to class until tuition is paid.
I understand that all costumes, tickets fundraiser, and merchandise are non-refundable.
I understand that I am responsible for all past due accounts, legal fees, court fees and collection services.
