We at Mutable Arts understand that keeping your information confidential is of utmost importance, and it is a responsibility that we take very seriously. We do not give out or sell your personal information to other businesses or organizations.
How we use your information: We use your information to communicate with you, and to complete any requests you may have made, such as for more information or to enroll in activities at our studio. When you provide us with your contact details, you agree to be added to our mailing list, which may include the use of software such as Mail Chimp and Dance Studio Pro, among others. You are able to unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email sent on our behalf through these or other programs. Please bear in mind that we communicate with studio families primarily through email, and that by unsubscribing from lists while you are an active customer will result in the missing of important information regarding your participation in studio activities. Before unsubscribing, please email us at georgie@mutablearts.ca.

You can purge our cookies from your browser, but keep in mind that this can affect the performance of our website in your browser.
Links to other sites: This site may contain links to other sites, and we make no claim nor can we be held responsible as to the privacy practices of sites other than our own. Please consider reviewing the privacy policies of any sites you may visit after ours, and be aware of when you have left our site.
Keeping your data safe: We do not share your information with third parties except where necessary to complete your requests, and as required by law. Credit card numbers are encrypted and stored on secure servers by our service providers (Stripe, for example) and are not kept in any form in our offices or studios. We follow industry standards during the transmission and storage of your personal data. Although no method is 100% secure, we strive to protect personal data to the best of our ability, as outlined above.
Your acknowledgement of these terms: Your continued use of our services acts as your agreement to the terms of this document. This privacy policy is dynamic and subject to change without notice.
