Come take a 2 hour workshop with Miss Ashley Walls from Expressions Dance Center. She is certified in:
CPR and First Aid
Strength & Injury Prevention
Head Up Concussion Training

Workshop will require equipment which the studio can lend you for free, but if you want to have the equipment at home to continue to practice you can pay the $15 equipment add-on fee.
