Acro 3
We use the Acrobatic Arts syllabus that focuses on five different elements; tumbling, limbering, strength, flexibility, and balancing to safely grow students skills. Acro Dance is a fun fusion of dance and acrobatics.
Acro Levels
Level 1 (Ages 4-6)
- This class is designed for young beginners to learn the basics of gymnastics.
- Students will begin working on:
- Forward rolls
- Pre-cartwheels
- Bridges
- Beginning handstands against the wall
Level 2 (Ages 6+)
- Level 2 is for students aged 6 and older who have progressed from Level 1.

Pointe
Our Pointe class is designed for dancers aged 13 and older who have a solid foundation in ballet technique and the necessary strength for pointe work. Enrollment in this class requires approval from Kalee to ensure that each dancer is ready for the challenges of pointe work.
The class will initially be 30 minutes in duration. As dancers build the necessary strength and technique, the class may extend up to an hour if needed.
Our goal is to guide each dancer safely and effectively through the process of learning pointe, ensuring they build the strength and skills needed for this advanced level of ballet.

We use the Acrobatic Arts syllabus that focuses on five different elements; tumbling, limbering, strength, flexibility, and balancing to safely grow students skills. Acro Dance is a fun fusion of dance and acrobatics.
Acro Levels
Level 1 (Ages 4-6)
- This class is designed for young beginners to learn the basics of gymnastics.
- Students will begin working on:
- Forward rolls
- Pre-cartwheels
- Bridges
- Beginning handstands against the wall
Level 2 (Ages 6+)
- Level 2 is for students aged 6 and older who have progressed from Level 1.

- L Handstands in the center

- Teddy bear stands
Level 3 (Ages 6+)

- Students must have a solid handstand against the wall, be able to perform a handstand in the center, be able to do a forward roll, backward roll, and cartwheel, and be able to do a bridge.

Students will progress in their tap technique while also focusing on rhythm, counting, and musicality. Tap Dance is one of the most unique dance forms, because we dance AND we create music, using tap shoes as percussion instruments!
This means that Tap Dance not ONLY has the physical benefits of dance AND the developmental benefits of learning music!!
